In any of our programs, be ready to burn a lot of calories to help facilitate with weight loss and body toning goals! How many calories in a session could you burn? Anywhere between 500-800 calories


Helps with cellulite.

The amount of pressure between the water and cellulite areas combined with the intense effort you are putting through the water helps reduce cellulite by draining the lymphatic system each and every workout. 


Improves circulation.

While working with the APT program you will be moving your body in different ranges of motion that will help stimulate blood flow and improve circulation.


Impact free.

Depending on the depth of the water you could have a very light stress load placed on your skeletal system. What does this mean? Even though you are challenging your body to your maximum potential you will feel a much more stress free feeling on your joints compared to traditional land training. 


Very little muscle soreness.

There are two reasons why your body will feel less muscle soreness compared to traditional land training. The first reason is the pressure of the water helps move lactic acid through your body more efficiently creating less build up in your muscular system. The second reason is because there is very little muscle trauma with our programs. Comparatively there is a large amount of muscle trauma when doing higher intensity work loads during land training.


Improves cardiovascular endurance.

While the water will be cooling your body during the workout your heart rate will not be beating as fast and you will be able to last longer, which will improve your overall endurance.

Due to the properties of the water and the way your body relaxes while moving in the water your range of motion will improve while working in our program. At the same time your limbs are moving through greater ranges of motion because of the resistance of the water they will be gaining strength around your joints such as your shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles. 


Gain strength and lean muscle.

Using our progressive program, the resistance of the water, and our specialized equipment, your muscular system will be challenged in new ways you never thought were possible. Every move you make in our program is being resisted in both directions which means, compared to regular land training, more muscles are being worked, leaner muscles are being developed, and a leaner, stronger body is the end result.
