Our aqua training in Princeton offers you a strength and cardio workout, and this is also available at our center in Monroe. This works your whole body, as well as increasing your cardiovascular strength. Thanks to the specialized equipment that we use, you can look forward to seeing dramatic results as long as you put the time and effort in and commit to attending your program. We also offer specific programs for specific individuals that is catered to your needs; such as water aerobics for weight loss & prenatal water aerobics.

Unlike other aqua aerobics classes, we don't focus on using pool noodles or foam dumbbells because they don't do a lot to improve your fitness levels. Instead, we have unique strength training equipment that gives results so that you can make the most from your time with us. We have one of the most diverse water workouts programs in the country!

Aqua training in Monroe offers you the chance to attend our Cycle Mix classes. This is a bit like a spin class but underwater so that you can fully benefit from the resistance and support that the water gives. With our Monroe aquatic group classes, you can look forward to a fantastic higher intensity workout and do something different to the norm.
