We are offering two different programs at our Monroe location Private Training or Large Group Training. We use advanced strength equipment in the pool such as aquatic treadmills, aquatic cycling bikes, and drag resistance strength training equipment that has multiple levels of resistance to safely challenge our clients in their own way. Typical pool standards use noodles, foam dumbbells, and kick boards which is a very ineffective means of training.
