This program is geared to the client that wants maximum attention, accountability, correction and is result driven. Perfect for the client that is looking to change their lives, lose weight, recover from an injury/surgery, and get into a more consistent habit of health and wellness. You will be working with an exercise physiologist one on one each session for 45 minutes. During your private program you will be going through the different phases of our training program that will provide you with amazing results such as weight loss, toning, flexibility, core strength, and better balance.
