" After raising my children and then tending to my ailing parents I found myself overweight, deconditioned, weak and depressed. I came upon an Aquatic Performance training advertisement on Facebook, I filled out an application in January and it has changed my life. I cannot thank the staff at APT enough for all they have done for me. Not just regaining my strength, losing weight and toning up. I am getting my confidence back as they also have strengthened my mind and give me the desire to work as hard as I can FOR ME! . I work out with APT 2 to 3 times a week, And I leave there feeling exhausted but accomplished. I’ve never had a bad day since I started there and I will continue to go and grow with APT. Although I travel 30 miles one way to get there it is worth it and I feel truly blessed that I have found Aquatic Performance Training.

"Frequent APT training in the water, a powerful foot and ankle balance program, and an extensive core development routine has made my rehabilitation and body much more effective." Donna-Health & Fitness
"APT provides an ideal path to full rehabilitation. After I had completed my physical therapy I knew I was not ready for extensive activity. I work with APT and after each workout I feel tired but energized, seeing that I have progressed from the time before. I'm excited to see what the future holds for continued improvement." Louise- Joint Replacement
"I began working with APT in anticipation of a total knee operation. I knew in order for my surgery to be successful, I would have to build my strength and lose weight. My chiropractor Dr. Greg Baer, DC, has stated since starting my APT program I have regained my active life-style, am stronger, and have lost the weight necessary to feel better." Kathy- Recovering injury
"As a result of Aquatic Performance's help and program I have now lost nearly 200 lbs and flipped my BMI from 52 to 26! I cannot recommend this program enough to people of all exercise levels. It is challenging, varied, safe, and fun." Bill- Bariatric
